New Year Around the World Wine Pairing Dinner

Start your New Year Celebrations early this year with another spectacular gourmet dinner, wine pairing and live music event here at Laack's.  We'll be serving an amazing menu of foods from around the world - 5 continents will be expertly represented and perfectly paired with wines from around the world.  Nichole Ise, of Legacy Brands, hand selects each wine (including the bubblies) to compliment and enhance the international flavors of this 5 course meal.  Wear your best New Year's Eve Celebration outfit (optional) while we celebrate.  Food, wines and live music by Wanderlust will make this an enchanting evening to bid farewell to 2023.  All the while being able to sample your New Year's Bubbly beverages and wines before you buy.

1. Appetizer - Makouda (Potato Fritters from Africa)
2. Salad - Keri Keri (New Zealand Corn Salad)
3. Soup - Ajiaco Bogota (Colombia South America Chicken & Potato Soup)
4. Entre' - Paella (Spain, without octopus) 
5. Dessert - Nepalese Yomari (Steamed sweet dumplings with cardamom & molasses, pistachios on the side)
