New Year, New Numbers: A Strategic Planning Workshop
Description
Get ahead of 2027 by getting your numbers right. This hands-on workshop helps small business owners and entrepreneurs walk into the new year with a clear plan, starting with two of the areas that trip people up most: taxes and pricing.
In the first half, a tax and accounting business owner will break down what it actually means to be ready to file your 2026 taxes; from record keeping to commonly missed deductions to key deadlines you don't want to miss.
In the second half, a pricing and business strategy expert will show you how to check whether your prices still reflect today's market and give you a simple framework to fix them if they don't.
This is a working session, not a lecture. You'll leave with a concrete action plan you can start using right away.

Josue Andonaegui
Josue Andonaegui is a Business Development Consultant with 7+ years of experience in operations, profit and nonprofit management, business advising, and community economic development. He currently works at Local First Arizona, where he supports entrepreneurs through business advising and workshop facilitation, and is also the founder of Elevate Translation LLC a certified language interpretation firm, and co-founder of 365 Signatures LLC a Data platform for strategic campaign mapping. Josue holds a BA in Business Administration with minors in Project Management and Operations, and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Applied AI and Machine Learning. He's passionate about creating practical, accessible resources that help entrepreneurs build stronger, more sustainable businesses.
