Hosted by Ando & Jasmine, this group Breath-work participation is here to support and encourage the way you deeply desire this New Year to feel, and become.

Successfully move into 2026 with peace of mind, greater clarity and observation, a healthy relaxed nervous system, using the simple practice of Breath-work, to feel sustainably energized and optimized
