New Year, New You: Meditation Workshop

Start 2027 with Buddhist meditation for positive, lasting change

The new year is a natural time to ask: how can I change my life for the better? Real, lasting change begins in the mind. Buddhist meditation offers practical, time-tested tools to help you become more confident, inspired, kind, loving, peaceful, and happy.

In this New Year workshop, Gen Kelsang Ani, a Buddhist nun and meditation teacher, will show you how to use Buddhist wisdom and meditation to connect with the deeper potential of your mind and create change at a profound level.

What will you learn in this workshop?

You will learn simple Buddhist teachings and guided meditations to help you:

Reduce stress and irritability and feel calmer in daily life
Let go of negative thinking and unhelpful mental habits
Improve concentration and focus at home and at work
Develop a more positive outlook on yourself and the world
Make sustainable changes that last well beyond January

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is suitable for complete beginners and experienced meditators alike. If you want to set meaningful New Year intentions that go deeper than a resolution list, this workshop is for you.

How does Buddhist meditation create lasting change?

Buddhist meditation works by training the mind. Through guided meditation and practical wisdom, you learn to recognise and gradually replace mental states such as stress, anger, and self-doubt with peace, kindness, and confidence. Because these changes happen at the level of the mind, they can influence every area of your life.
