This course is here to help you better understand emotions and give you the tools needed to calm down and regulate your little ones.

For this 6 week course, you'll be part of a small online group who gathers each week for a live 90 min session (they are recorded if you miss a session)

Parenting can be an emotional rollercoaster and we need to develop tools to enjoy the ride.

This online program will teach you the foundations of "emotionally intelligent parenting" and is perfect for children aged 2-10 years.

Week 5: Emotion coaching anger

Week 6: Emotion coaching now and in the future

"Tuning into kids - emotionally intelligent parenting" was created by Melbourne University, it's research based and offers tons of tools to start using right now!

This 6 week program will explore emotionally intelligent parenting in a safe environment (online) and will offer you opportunities for group participation if you'd like to talk and connect with other parents

Where: Sessions are held online via Google Meet

When: 6 sessions, starting Thursday 23rd January at 7:00 - 8:30 pm (same time each week)
