By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to the following:

• All bookings are final; no refunds are available; all bookings are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
• This event will occur indoors and will proceed in all conditions.
• This is an 18+ years event, with no minors allowed.
• All bookings must present valid proof of ID upon entry.
• Each ticket holder must present a valid booking confirmation.
• Full pre-payment and final guest numbers are required at the time of booking. Any additional tickets will be subject to availability at the time of enquiry.
• Pass outs are allowed, provided you have been wrist banded and ID has been checked in accordance with RSA.
• This is a strict no smoking policy within the venue. Should you wish to smoke, you will need to go to the allocated areas. Failure to do this may results in being removed from the event.
• Patrons who are intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs, inappropriately attired or behaving in a disorderly or inappropriate manner will be refused entry or removed from the event in accordance to RSA.
• Any guests drinking alcohol on approach of the venue will not be allowed entry in accordance with the Liquor Act 2008.
• Lennox Hotel reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason, either before or during the event.
• All measures planned for and executed are to the best of the venues knowledge, understanding and interpretation of the Government's current COVID-19 legislation and reserves the right to add, retract and/or change any and/or all measures up to and on the event/reservation date to further align with the Government's current COVID-19 legislation.
• Lennox Hotel strictly complies with all liquor licensing laws. No refunds will be issued for denial of entry or removal from the premises relating to licensing compliance.
