NEW YEAR'S EVE ROOFTOP COCKTAIL PARTY
AT PARK HYATT SYDNEY

8:30PM - 1:30AM

Free Flow NV Champagne Taittinger Prestige Cuvée, a selection of Australian beers and wines, cocktails by Hickson Rd Gin and non-alcoholic beverages, plus enjoy an oyster shucking station + a selection of sustainable Australian seafood + canapes by chefs James Viles and Brian O'Flaherty.

Celebrate levels above the rest at Park Hyatt Sydney.

A sophisticated New Year party, dance the night away as we serve an endless flow of Champagne, seafood and canapes to the live tunes of a DJ.

Dress code is cocktail. 18 years + only event.
