Tibetan Crystal bowls and gongs were used traditionally to create feelings of peace, relaxation and to deepen meditation. They also balance both hemispheres of the brain, improve sleep and help with pain management. Sound has the ability to positively affect our whole being.

There will be a Sound Healing Meditation and warm hearted connection time with like-minded people over a cuppa.
