Join us for an evening of restoration and reconnection in the heart of Sydney's Inner West as we transition out of the old year and into the new. Your hosts Pia and Claire will take you on a nourishing journey cultivated to nurture your body, mind and soul. Starting with conscious movement, gentle yoga, breath and meditation. Followed by a healing immersion in sound and song. And ending with time for deep connection and sharing of prayers and intentions for the year to come, with a tea ceremony.

This experience is perfect for all ages, levels of ability and experience. Everybody is welcome to come along.

What to bring:

Yoga mat (chairs can be provided if getting on the floor is a challenge)
Blanket
Comfortable clothing including layers/warm socks etc.
Water bottle
Eye pillow/eye mask
Journal/pen if you'd like to write
Offering for the altar if you'd like to charge it (eg. crystals or other items special to you)
Anything else to make you feel comfortable
