Event description

Join us at the New Year Sector Breakfast!

Mark Glasson, President, and Louise Giolitto, CEO, invite you to attend our annual New Year Sector Breakfast. This event welcomes members to come together and celebrate our collective achievements over the past year, and to embrace a new and exciting year ahead.

We would like to acknowledge the significant work of our members - the community sector and its tireless staff - and mark the commencement of a new year working towards a just, inclusive and equitable society.

Build and strengthen your networks with sector peers and Government Ministers as your enjoy a stand-up breakfast, hear inspiring stories, and learn about the sector's impact. This event is truly a celebration, and we welcome you all to come together and join us.

This is an opportunity to hear from WACOSS’s new President Mark Glasson to highlight WACOSS’s priorities for the coming year to work towards a just, inclusive and equitable society.

Joining us as guest speaker will be the Honourable Sabine Winton, new Minister for Community Services.

Places are limited so we ask that only one representative from each member organisation register to attend.

About your visit

It is generally a hot time of the year, so we recommend you wear a broad rimmed hat and sunscreen. WACOSS will have some sunscreen on hand, and will be erecting a marquee for some shade, but the temperatures at that time of year can get high early in the morning.

Any attendees who require any access requirements can specify this when you register via Humanitix. There are a number of disability access parking bays available, and the rooftop is accessible via a lift.
