Join us for an intimate and meaningful women’s circle to come together in connection and presence as we move into the New Year.

The transition into the New Year can be big, intense, exciting and overwhelming.

We are creating this sacred women’s space as an invitation for you to be held by sisters, to drop into your body, to deeply reflect and to feel grounded and clear in your energy as you move into this new year.

We will be supported by the beautiful medicine of Rose Tea and guide you into somatic practices to ground and inspire you. To get you connected to your body, heart and womb.

We will weave in medicine music and we invite you to bring your voice or simply receive, connecting through the power of song.

We will have an opportunity to share whats on our hearts and minds. To learn and receive the wisdom from each other and to be received and held by our sisters in our vulnerability.

What you need to bring:

• A cushion to sit on and anything else to make you comfortable

• Journal and pen for any insights you receive during the practices

• A mug for Tea

4:30 - 7 pm at FlowCore Manly

About your hosts

Nicole Morelli

Nicole is a mom, doula, yogini, ceremonial musician, and mentor. She started her yogic and spiritual journey in 2013 and have completed over 1000 hours of trainings in self-development, Yoga, Tantra, Holistic Therapies, women’s wisdom and more. Guided by nature, intuition and dharma (purpose), she offers gatherings, workshops and retreats as a way to expand love, spirituality and consciousness to the community. Her offerings are an integration of a multi-lineage journey of studies, connection and experiences. She has a really intuitive and unique way of guiding people back home, into their bodies and hearts.

Jac Gazal

Jac is a musician, sound healer, somatic practitioner and facilitator devoted to guiding women back to the wisdom of their bodies and hearts. Her journey began sitting in circle and ceremony with women - witnessing the power of being seen, held, and softened in sisterhood - and this has become the heart of her work.

Rooted in somatic healing, ritual, and sacred sound - Jac weaves together practices like somatic voice activation, embodied movement, meditation and ritual to create spaces of deep presence and connection. She believes that our voice is a powerful tool for healing and authentic expression connecting us deeply to our wombs, hearts, and to each other.
