Would you like to get in vibrational alignment with your New Years' Resolutions?

Our guided sound meditation allows you to mentally affirm what you want to create for 2025 AND to put yourself in vibrational alignment with it. Let go of the conditionings or habits that no longer serve you and usher in a bright and positive New Year.

Consciously Create rather than let past habits dictate.

Our formula for helping you achieve blissful relaxation and a vibrational state conducive to consciously creating your reality include:

A quiet, peaceful location surrounded by native plants, permaculture gardens and birdlife
Ambient indoor venue with mountain views
Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Brass Singing Bowls, Gong, Shamanic Drum, Ocean Drum, Chakra Drum & more
Qualified meditation guidance by a senior yoga teacher
Props that take your relaxation to the next level. Floor mattresses, blankets, cushions, eye pillows, bolsters and more.

Beyond the physical level, we are vibrational beings. While our body may look solid, we know from science that we are vibrating at the atomic level. Our thoughts and emotions can influence this vibration. This is an observable correlation as we know that a positive mindset improves our mood and energy levels. Singing bowls combined with proper meditation guidance not only help to improve the body's physical vibration, but they can also take us to a state of deep relaxation and into the present moment where we are able to let go of negative thoughts and emotions. These negative thoughts and emotions are features of a mind stuck in the past or anxious about a perceived negative future. The present moment is a state of great potency, here we are free of our negative conditionings. The clean slate of the present moment, therefore, represents the perfect springboard for us to consciously create positive intentions for the future. In addition, the guided meditation allows us to effortless reach the alpha state of relaxation where creativity flourishes. Not sure of what you'd like 2025 to bring? Allow yourself to find out during the meditation. Even if you start with fixed ideas, you may be pleasantly surprised by what ideas or visions present themselves to you in the alpha state of relaxation.

Let's bring on a positive vision for 2025 together!
