Sincere Apologies for Cancelling New Year’s Eve Celebrations

Dear Esteemed Patrons,

Trust that this message finds you in good health and high spirits as we approach the end of the year. It is with deep regret that we must inform you of a change to our planned New Year’s Eve celebrations. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances relating to health issues, we have had to make the difficult decision to cancel the event.

We understand the disappointment this news might bring, especially considering the anticipation and excitement that surrounds the dawn of a new year. Please accept our utmost apologies for any inconvenience this cancellation may cause you. Our first priority has always been the health and safety of our beloved patrons, and it is with this in mind that we have taken this necessary action.

We were eagerly looking forward to celebrating the start of a new year with all of you, filled with joy, laughter, and memorable moments. However, the current circumstances have made this impossible, and we believe that this decision is in the best interest of everyone's safety.

For those of you who have already purchased tickets for the event, we assure you that full refunds will be provided promptly. Our team will reach out to you individually with details regarding the refund process.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter. We pledge to make it up to you in the coming year with more exciting events and celebrations, provided the circumstances are safer and healthier for everyone.

Thank you for your constant support and loyalty. We look forward to welcoming you back soon under better circumstances, and we wish you and your loved ones a safe, healthy, and prosperous New Year.

Once again, we deeply regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding in these challenging times.

Warm Regards,

Jacqueline S
