One ticket, both levels—the Lower Deck and Rooftop, with a mix of standing and seated areas. Seating is first in, best dressed, with no allocated tables, so arrive early to grab your favourite spot.

- Is the event strictly 18+?
Yes, this is an 18+ event. Please bring valid photo ID.
- What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes entry, entertainment and access to the Lower Deck or Rooftop for the evening.
- Will I have a reserved table?
There are no reserved or allocated tables. We have a mix of standing and seated areas, with seating first in, best dressed. Arrive early for the best choice of spots, but please note that a seat isn’t guaranteed.
- Is food and drink included?
Food and drinks are purchased separately. You’re welcome to order as you go throughout the night.
- What time can I arrive?
You’re welcome to arrive between 5pm and 10pm. Guests arriving after 10pm may experience delays at entry.
- What time does the event finish?
We’ll be celebrating until 1am.
- When does the entertainment start?
Our DJ hits the decks from 7pm, with a light-up dance floor to keep the party going!
- Can I leave and re-enter?
Yes, you’re welcome to step outside to smoke or vape and re-enter the venue.
- I can’t make it—can I get a refund?
Tickets are fully refundable if cancelled more than 14 days before the event. Within 14 days of the event, tickets are non-refundable for change of mind or inability to attend.
- Is there a dress code?
Smart casual, or dress as fun and festive as you like—it’s New Year’s Eve!
- What happens if it rains?
We’re a waterfront venue with predominantly outdoor areas, so if it rains, you might get wet!
- Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes! If you require a wheelchair-accessible table, please contact us ahead of time so we can help arrange a suitable spot.
