New Years Intention Setting Breath & Sound Ceremony

To be noted: I have created a virtual community where I host virtual breath work and sound bath events virtual which are included for a discounted rate. This also allows you to access a library of yoga classes, meditations, sound journeys and more. Recordings of this experience will also be made available in the virtual community for you to access if you aren't able to make the scheduled time. You can also still choose to join a la carte through Eventbrite.

Join Darren Obong as he guides you through an intentional New Years ceremony. Through active breathwork, a water release ceremony, and an immersive soundscape through the healing vibrations of crystal alchemy singing bowls, we will honor our journey over the past year and utilize this awareness to set intentions for the upcoming year ahead. Through active breathwork we will help clear out our nervous systems to help shift our mind and body out of a state of Flight or Flight and into a state of deep awareness and relaxation. You will also be guided through a release and intention setting ceremony to help you align with the energy that you want to call into the upcoming year ahead. We will end our time together with a long restorative Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath.

Darren is an intuitive guide and embodiment teacher who has extensive training in energy medicine, eastern medicine, yoga therapeutics, trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, meditation, functional movement, and mobility. He utilizes his knowledge from these different healing modalities and his knowledge from his education in Traditional Chinese Medicine to help individuals live more embodied and fulfilling lives. He works with people from all walks of life and offers his work privately in 1:1 sessions with his clients, for big corporations, private events, and other special and sacred occasions.
