2021 has been another year of immense change and challenge. Yet, across Aotearoa, stories have risen above the noise – stories of everyday Kiwi doing incredible things for their communities and New Zealand.

An overwhelming number of nominations were made, and after a lengthy selection process our Judging Panel have narrowed down a formidable longlist of legendary New Zealanders that make us proud to call this place home. Now, we’re getting ready to celebrate them on 31 March 2022!

Join us at our annual Awards Gala Dinner and be the very first in the country to meet the winners of our 2022 Kiwibank New Zealander of the Year Awards Ngā Tohu Pou Kōhure o Aotearoa.

You can expect an evening of celebration, impact and exceptional hospitality. The Awards Gala Dinner is our moment to recognise the collective mana of our nominees, and the impact they’ve had on our communities.

Celebrating safely

All guests must present a vaccination pass to attend the Gala Dinner. In the event that the Gala Dinner cannot proceed due to Government Covid-19 restrictions, all tickets holders will be offered a full refund.
