Join us for an evening of movement, wellness, and socialising at our red-light therapy pilates & breathwork social. Whether you're a pilates Newbie or a regular mover, this social is for everyone!

You ticket includes:

45 minute mat pilates session
45 minute breathwork session

After our pilates sessions you'll enjoy a warm cup of cacao from cacao collective to help you relax before the breathwork session.

There will be pilates mats for you to use at the studio, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
