A space for Newborn Mothers to gather and be nourished in conversation, practices and ritual as they traverse the initial 6 months postpartum.

Are you a newborn mother desiring gentle mind, body and soul practices to center yourself whilst you care for your newborn?
Perhaps you are looking for an opportunity to connect with other like-hearted mothers in a safe and nourishing space?
Or maybe you feel “all at sea” since traversing the birth portal and desire a grounding space to land & integrate what has unfolded?

The Newborn Mothers Circle is a space for mothers traversing the first 6 months postpartum (may it be her first or fifth babe) to come together in a facilitated and nourishing way.

It offers connection, comfort and support in a time of significant emotional, physical and spiritual transformation. It is also an opportunity to create and connect into a community of mothers in a similar season as yourself.

What:

These circles offer space for connection and opportunity to build your village. There will be some focused Circle Sharing, space for reflection and to experience yogic practices.

(Warm tea provided but you are welcome to arrive early to grab refreshments from Gypseas and bring them along)
