Breathwork is more than an exercise of breathing correctly or with intent. These breathing techniques are tools for major transformation and healing. Breathwork encompasses a broad range of whole-being therapeutic practices and exercises used to relieve mental, physical, and/or emotional tension.

SOUND HEALING

I create different environments by looping and layering sound.
A variety of ancient world Instruments are used like Native American Flutes, Didgeridoos, Nepalese singing bowls, Rav drum, guitar, nature sounds, and also a range of Taonga Puoro, traditional Maori instruments

Be guided into a deep body relaxing meditation. As you drop into your body and breath, enjoy being bathed by a selection of sacred sounds taking you on a journey deep into oneself. Embrace and gently let go of what no longer serves you, 

This will allow us a direct pathway to visit our inner child, reconnect, re-love, and rebirth a new version of ourselves back into this beautiful world 💕
