A RAP Learning Circle offers a safe space for you to talk through your experiences, connecting and learning together with other RAP organisations. These sessions are highly interactive, providing opportunity to discuss challenges and achievements along your organisation's reconciliation journey
Our facilitators will encourage dialogue around a range of themes including cultural safety, building respectful relationships and making meaningful change for your stakeholders.
When done right, a RAP can bring tangible benefits, increasing support for the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. A strong RAP provides a framework to hold organisations accountable to their reconciliation commitments. Implementing a successful RAP requires an organisation to wholeheartedly embrace its RAP and commit to long-term change.
