What you’ll need to bring?

- a towel to sit on and/or a yoga mat

- a pillow if you’d like

- a journal and pen

- water bottle

- warm clothes & a blanket (incase it gets chilly)

What will we be doing?

🩷 reflection & connection

🩷 oracle cards

Please note that each circle may be slightly different, however will mostly include some or all of the following: Guided meditation, sound bowl, breath-work, journalling, connection, oracle cards, swimming in the ocean.
