With deep respect for our friends, colleagues and community in Nepal, we have made the decision to postpone the Newday Summit in Kathmandu, originally planned for November 4th and 5th 2025.

This decision has not been taken lightly. It comes after thoughtful discussions with our Nepal-based partners and a careful consideration of the current political environment which has been predicated to uncertain till the end of this year. Above all, our priority is the wellbeing, safety, and capacity of those who help us bring Newday to life.

We remain committed to holding the Summit in Nepal, a country that continues to inspire us with its beauty, resilience and generosity of spirit. We will now look to 2026 as the right time to gather in Kathmandu and create an even more impactful and meaningful experience together.

We extend heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has shown excitement and support for this journey. We trust that, in the right timing, the Summit will unfold in a way that honours both the Nepali community and the greater good we seek to serve.

Until then, our thoughts remain with Nepal, and we look forward to the day we can gather there in person to learn, connect and lead together.

Newday Nepal: Unite & Elevate 2025 – Where Reaching the Top is More Than a Metaphor

For the first time ever, Newday is heading overseas for a truly unique event in the majestic land of Nepal—the home of Mount Everest!

Unite & Elevate is not just another leadership Summit; it’s an immersive experience designed to unite visionary leaders from around the world, elevate your leadership to extraordinary heights, and reconnect you with your deeper purpose—all amidst one of the most awe-inspiring landscapes on Earth.

What to Expect:

Sacred Insights: Our journey begins with His Eminence Shyalpa Tenzin Rinpoche a lineage master and Buddhist teacher. Rinpoche guides those who wish to live fully and freely in the moment. His teachings will show us how to actualize our innate potential and breathe with joy and ease.
Global Leadership Perspectives: You will hear from renowned leaders across academia, business, and beyond including Professor Magda Nenycz-Thiel who will teach us evidence-based strategies to grow your brand. These sessions will challenge your thinking and inspire new pathways for leadership and growth.
Healing Power of Nature: Experience the transformative energy of Nepal’s breathtaking natural surroundings, a source of inspiration for generations of leaders who have reached their highest potential. Silvia Vasquez-Lavado will share her story of healing in the shadows of the mountain. Silvia is a trailblazing mountaineer, tech innovator, and humanitarian who became the first Peruvian woman to summit Mount Everest and one of the few women in the world to complete the Seven Summits.
Inspiration from the Top: The Summit culminates with an extraordinary performance by world-renowned Buddhist nun, Ani Choying Drolma. Her powerful presence will elevate your spirit and leave you with a renewed sense of purpose and peace.

Newday Summit 2025 will be:

a genuine embrace of diverse perspectives from many different leaders
an outstanding leadership development opportunity (with follow-up resources sent to every participant)
a chance to network with leaders from across the globe (and the option to stay behind to share a drink or two)
a memorable way to thank your teams, your board members or your clients for another year of work together
a wellbeing day (with many options for physical activity)
a chance to reset and re-energise for the final two months of the year
a demonstration of how celebrating diversity and inclusion brings leadership perspectives to life (we cater for all abilities)
