Newkind Social Justice Conference is an annual gathering for individuals and organisations working towards building a better world. The conference brings together changemakers, thought-leaders, community representatives, academics, activists, students and social entrepreneurs to discuss, deliberate and investigate the most effective ways to create meaningful and lasting social change.

Newkind connects stakeholders from multiple sectors to facilitate in-depth and inspiring conversations about effective social change initiatives and industry-leading approaches to socio-economic justice and social cohesion.

The conference is intentionally designed for cross-pollination and seeks to improve the systems change capacity of all participants by inspiring a holistic approach to social justice and community development.

Since 2017, Newkind Conference has been a leading contributor to public discourse on multiple fronts including climate action and sustainable event design, gender equality and affirmative consent, racial equity, economic justice, environmental protection, Indigenous sovereignty, human rights and social cohesion.

Newkind 2021 will be the 5th annual event and it is obvious that now, more than ever, we need empowered changemakers to contribute to social change on the local and international stage.
