Hunter Futurepreneurs, Lake Macquarie City Council are proudly sponsoring the Newy Youth Markets.
Our first youth markets for 2023 at the Museum of Art and Culture on the 26th of March from 12-3pm. The markets are a part of the opening celebration of the 2023 Young Archies Exhibition.
We are seeking young Entrepreneurs, Business owners and Performers aged 12-25 who wish register for a stall and promote their products or services at our Youth Market.
Stall types can include.
- Handmade
- Handcrafted & Upcycled products
- Jewellery
- Fashion
- Toys
- Pet Products
- Accessories
- Food/Drinks
- Plants
- Greeting Cards
- Candles
- Stationary
- Pottery and so much more.
Performers and Face painters are also welcome.
Stall Holders will be invited to a pre-market training session with Hunter Futurepreneurs. In this session we will explain how to make the most out of this opportunity and what is required on the day.
Stall spaces are available both under cover and on the terrace (which is open) with stall set up starting at 10.30am.
This is a great opportunity for young people to explore what it is like to start up their own little side hustle.
Stall holders under 18 must have parent/guardian/carer consent.
Note: Parents/carers/guardians do not need to register only provide their name and contacts details provided in the registration form.
As of Saturday 11th March, we only have 3 Stall registrations left.
If you are unable to register, it is because we have reached our maximum capacity for stall holders. We will be reviewing and confirming all registrations on Monday 20th February.
