How can we design our work so that meaningful human contribution grows in conjunction with business success? So that our workplaces enable both individual potential and the goals of an organisation to be realised?

Carol Sanford has worked side by side with Fortune 500 and new economy executives to answer these very questions. In this Next Economy conversation event, she will share her work as a leading thinker in regenerative business.

The work of a manager, Carol argues, is not to tell people in an organisation what to do, but to develop their capacity to grow their intelligence and thereby their contribution in service to the goals of all stakeholders. In this way, we collectively bring about an economy that breaks through falsehoods, injustices and disempowerment, and is in service to individual and collective ambitions.

The Small Giants Academy is pleased to present this conversation event. Through a socratic and contrarian approach, backed by research, case stories and testimonials, Carol will challenge and educate us as leaders to reimagine everything they currently know about strategic thinking, leadership, management and work design.
