NextGenLeaders - End of Year Celebration

NextGenLeaders – The Tribe You Deserve

Find Your Audience

NextGenLeaders is a calm, human, diversity‑affirming space for young adult leaders, entrepreneurs and creatives to explore business, leadership, and identity. We help you work and lead from who you are — not who you’re told to be.

Celebrating wins of 2026! Looking to the success of 2027! Everyone gets to share their wins and celebrate the steps made towards your success. Then we look forward and highlight what success is for 2027. Join the tribe (and santa) for some fun and appreciation for the great things you are doing and creating.

The evening will also include opportunities to connect with like-minded peers, generous prizes from our supporters, and a welcoming atmosphere designed to leave you feeling inspired and supported – in addition to a healthy amount of FOOD, DRINKS & FUN!

“I built NextGenLeaders because leadership isn’t about titles — it’s about values, courage and showing up even when it’s uncomfortable.” Jane
