BBG SPEAKERS FORUM
The People & Profits Connection
How to easily motivate your employees and increase profits
presented by Karen Chaston, Co-Founder, The Chaston Centre

3 November 2021 Wednesday
8:00 am - 9:45 am AEDT

An organisation's most valuable asset is its team, and yet, a Gallup poll has shown that employee only 15% are engaged (down from 30% a few years back!)

How engaged is your team?

Have you ever felt, ‘surely there must be an easier way to motivate staff?’

During her CFO days, Karen Chaston asked this question all the time. She suggests that in order to find the "Golden Nuggets" to ensure that your employees will not only show up - but step up, you need to be aware of what the problems are!

Join us at our Speakers #BBGFORUM on the 3 November, as Karen helps you “peel the onion” as she shares with us 3 key factors that make it so hard to keep your team engaged.

Together, we will identify strategies that will enable you to engage, inspire and enthuse your team.

During this session, Karen incorporates powerful stories together with tangible takeaways that ensure that you will learn:

- How to assist your employees to rock up each and every day, present and productive
- The benefits from valuing employees as your Greatest Assets
- The three ‘must-have’ insights that ensure your people, purpose and profits are thriving

You & The BBG Think Tank

Karen's "knowledge share" will be followed by the #bbgthinktank, where you will breakout into a group of 5-7 delegates and explore how you can implement the learnings from Karen into your organisation. These insights will be 'unpacked' and discussed.

This session is a must for any manager looking for ways to reduce staff turnover whilst increasing staff morale, productivity and profits.
