The core document to any NFP is their Constitution, and yet it is the document that has the most misconceptions around it, in terms of ensuring it is fit for purpose.

In our next Rendezvous we will talk through key areas of the Constitution and tackle the process of making changes.

Being able to update a Constitution to stay in line with an organisation's evolution is critical to governance and not as impossible as you might have thought.
