Enter a space of deep listening, allowing oro and vibration to be experienced through the body and senses
Experience practices that invite presence, reflection, breath, stillness and inner awareness
Explore the 3 • 3 • 3 pathway as a way of understanding consciousness, embodiment and spiritual connection

The experience

This is an opportunity to move beyond intellectual understanding and experience the teaching through your own body.

Through kōrero, guided practices, breath, stillness and Indigenous Sound Medicine, you are invited to experience the relationship between oro, vibration, consciousness and mauri.

You will have space to slow down, listen deeply and reconnect with the ancient relationship between Ranginui, Papatūānuku and the human being as conduit.
