What will you experience Ngā Wiri o te Mauri

This is an immersive wānanga inviting you to journey inward and experience the relationship between cosmic vibration, the spiritual hearts, consciousness and the body.

During the wānanga, you will:

• Explore the three Cosmic Vibrations — AU, E and IO

• Discover their relationship with the three Spiritual Hearts — Manawaroa, Manawanui and Manawaora

• Explore the three states of consciousness: Te Ao Mārama, Te Pō and Te Kore

• Experience E as the bridge between mind, body and spirit

• Explore how these teachings are expressed and experienced within and around the body

• Deepen your understanding of our connection with Ranginui and Papatūānuku

• Experience Indigenous Sound Medicine and Taonga Pūoro, exploring the sound, resonance and frequencies of ancestral instruments

• Enter a space of deep listening, allowing oro and vibration to be experienced through the body and senses

• Experience practices that invite presence, reflection, breath, stillness and inner awareness

• Explore the 3 • 3 • 3 pathway as a way of understanding consciousness, embodiment and spiritual connection

• Create space to listen inwardly, reconnect with yourself and consider your own potential

The experience

This is an opportunity to move beyond intellectual understanding and experience the teaching through your own body.

Through kōrero, guided practices, breath, stillness and Indigenous Sound Medicine, you are invited to experience the relationship between oro, vibration, consciousness and mauri.

You will have space to slow down, listen deeply and reconnect with the ancient relationship between Ranginui, Papatūānuku and the human being as conduit.
