Join Climathon Waikato and Whetū Group for an afternoon of climate action.
From 1pm, we'll be gathering at Ngāruawāhia's Durham Street Precinct to explore the climate crisis and how we can all take action for a greener future.
Entrance is free and snacks are provided!

We welcome those of all ages, cultural backgrounds, and genders to join us. It doesn't matter whether you just want to learn more about sustainability, or are already a passionate climate activist ... there's something for everyone to enjoy during this evening of inspiration and action.

This event is being delivered as part of the Climathon Waikato roadshow. For 6 days, the Climathon team will be traveling across the Waikato region via e-bike to share our kaupapa of empowering climate action. In each town, we'll host a climate action-themed event, bringing local communities to raise awareness, connect like-minded people, celebrate local climate heroes, connect like-minded people, and equip people with the tools they need to take action for a greener future.
