Community Yoga - By Donation
'Join Helen from Umina Beach Yoga, for a fun, relaxing hour of all things yoga; movement, breathe, mindfulness and relaxation. Make some time to nourish and nurture yourself, physically, mentally and emotionally.
This yoga practise is designed to be enjoyed by all abilities and levels of experience.

It's a Gorgeous Gosford Summer Takeover as we park our virtual caravan at the Parkhouse in Kibble park for live music, workshops from Burlesque to crafty good stuff like felting and macrame! There is fun for all ages with School holiday action as well as free community haircuts!
