Nic Danta - War Torn album launch

Come along to see Nic Danta release his latest collection of songs. War Torn is a song cycle about his family and their friends fleeing from Europe at the end of WWII. The album explores the refugee experience and the love that holds families together in the face of trauma and displacement.

Performing with Nic will be the two incredible musicians, Matt Tonks (Gimme the Fringe and TonksGreen) and Tommy Novak (Sir Archer and Damien Leith). Come and enjoy the cinematic soundscapes, the beautiful harmonies, and the tales - some tall, but all true.

Supporting Nic will be Tilda Irene, an amazing young singer/songwriter based in Canberra and Sydney. Her singles "Love Wish Dream" and "Senseless" have been featured on Triple J Unearthed radio, Double J radio and she has also been a feature artist on Mornings Triple J.
