Night of Connection with Zenthai Shiatsu - March

Your invited to an evening of 'guided' Zenthai Shiatsu Bodywork. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED. Come with a partner, friend or relative (to share this with) and learn simple sequences to bring relaxation, relief and rejuvenation to your bodies. 

Zenthai Shiatsu is great for everyone,  it's purely platonic & offered to fully clothed recipients on padded floor mats.  * Please note, this modality requires your ability to get up and down from the floor with ease. Also please wear comfortable yoga clothing, bring an extra layer + socks to stay cosy.

Each participant will give and receive 1 full hour's worth of bodywork, with tea and treats provided in between.
