Night of Nourishment

Night of Nourishment is a sacred circle of love with the intention to slow down and tap into the magic that lives within us. 

 So often do we get caught up in the rush of daily life, let's take the time to reconnect to our bodies & minds. Our time together will be filled with cacao, yin yoga, a sound bath, connection & meditation. 

We will be meeting at Nin Yoga Penrith on 23.06.23 from 7pm - 9pm
