More than $5,000 in cash and prizes is up for grabs across the event. CAPO prize money will be awarded in the national deadlift competition, with an additional prize available if the all-time heaviest raw deadlift record is broken.

🏋️ Two Ways to Compete

CAPO National Deadlift Competition — a sanctioned, record-eligible event. A current CAPO membership is required.

Non-Sanctioned Expo Deadlift Event — open expo lifting. This entry is not eligible for CAPO prize money.

We begin with our free kids’ competition for children aged 10 and under. No pressure—just fun and a chance for the next generation to step onto the platform.
