About the Facilitator: Randi Hall is an authentic relating facilitator, grief tender, licensed therapist, ritualist, and community weaver who creates spaces where people can show up as they are. There’s no fixing, performing, or pretending required. With years of experience guiding grief circles, connection games, and embodied conversations, she specializes in making connection feel accessible, playful, and real, even (and especially) for folks who feel awkward, tender, or brand new to this work.
Her facilitation style is warm, attuned, and lightly irreverent, while grounded in consent, choice, and curiosity. Night Owl's Connection Club is an invitation to practice honesty, presence, and relational courage in a low-stakes, human-paced way
