At the height of summer, a Saturday morning well-spent, a midday nap devoured… You awake in a sunkissed daze, without a worry in the world. Cute outfit on and out the door. The streets are quiet… You wander all the way up the Miscellania staircase to find ‘Day Spa’. With sunshine grooves in your ears and a cocktail in hand, it's time to indulge your body & mind. Yes, you DO deserve a whole afternoon of R&R babe - it’s been a hectic month! As night falls, your spirit has been restored, so head downstairs to ‘Night Shop’ for a good boogie in store.

Night Shop is a space for eclectic, leftfield, bass & riddim-focused music. For the unserious and silly, for the forward-thinking artists who don’t want to play it safe. More of the wonky tunes and stoopid dance moves. Centering free self-expression, variation and creativity, Night Shop prioritises BIPOC, queer, femme & GNC artists, as well as local producers.

Night Shop exists on stolen Wurundjeri Land. We pay our respects to Wurundjeri elders past, present. Sovereignty was never ceded. Always was, always will be, Aboriginal Land.

Free entry for First Nations peoples.

No one turned away for a lack of funds: DM @nightshopppp

Miscellania is not wheelchair accessible. There is a no strobe policy. Full accessibility specs can be found here.
