Activated 9D Breathwork is a powerful and immersive breathwork experience involving intentional breathing, music and periods of deeper breathing. While many people find breathwork beneficial, it may not be suitable for everyone.

Please do not participate without appropriate medical clearance if you are pregnant or have a significant cardiovascular or respiratory condition, uncontrolled high blood pressure, a seizure disorder, glaucoma or retinal problems, a recent serious injury or surgery, or a serious or unstable mental health condition.

If you have any medical condition, take regular medication, are unsure whether breathwork is appropriate for you, or have any concerns about participating, please speak with your doctor or healthcare professional before booking.

You are always encouraged to work within your own limits during the session. You can slow your breathing, pause or stop at any time.
