Nightingale Fremantle Tours

Construction on the first Nightingale project in WA is almost complete and the Sustainability Practitioners Network and the developer, fini sustainability are providing a limited number of tours to give the public a peek inside this innovative development prior to the new residents moving in. 

Nightingale Fremantle sets a new standard in sustainable multi-residential living. At an average NatHERS star rating of 9.5 stars the 15 apartments will require minimal energy for heating and cooling and are 100% fossil fuel free thanks to 20kW of solar panels on the roof. The apartments are complimented with a shared rooftop laundry, outdoor kitchen and garden, which aids the creation of community, and are located a 12 minute walk to Fremantle, so residents can utilise sustainable transport options.

The tours will include a explanation of the sustainable design and construction features. Four tours will be held. Two on the 11th of March and two on the 18th of March. Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
