Nightshift

“Nightshift” started in 1982 and played through until approximately 1994. They played music current with those times, at venues from Nowra to Eden, including Canberra, and enjoyed a good following of music lovers. Their home base was Moruya Golfie. The band reunited in June 2015 for one night at the Bermagui Country Club and had a big night in aid of the Bermagui Primary School. This was intended to be a ‘Bucket List’ job but following the response to the night, we decided to do more charity gigs in the Moruya area. The last gig was in 2019 at the Moruya Golfie and it was a huge success for music lovers and the Moruya Hospital Auxiliary.

The band will play as a 5 piece rock and roll unit on 19th July 2025 and do approximately two 75 minute sets which will include music from Mondo Rock, Crowded House, Billy Joel, AC/DC, Van Halen, Inxs, Dragon and Midnight Oil to name just a few. The support band will be “Dust and Echoes” who will start the night off at 8.00pm, to be followed by “Nightshift” at 9.00pm – 12.00

The band is looking forward to meeting again with friends who attended the last gig and all those who have supported the band over the years.
