Our Sunday Sessions are our monthly in-person training and devising jams.

The sessions are 3 hours of intensive physical performance training that will be a mix of Suzuki training, Viewpoints-based training, Grotowski work, Composition and physical devising, and anything else we’re curious about.

Every now and then we’ll invite a special guest artist to share aspects of their practice with our cohort of art-makers.

These Sunday Sessions are a great resource for artists of all disciplines including actors, writers, designers, singers, and dancers to connect with other creatives.
