In celebration of her finally being certified as an Intimacy Director, Shy is running Ninefold's next Sunday Session on Consent and Physical Touch in Workshops & Rehearsals. This workshop helps you gain a greater sense of your boundaries, normalise asking for consent and better your fitness to say “no” as you navigate physical contact in workshops or rehearsals. Some exercises involve touch, some don’t, and everything is opt-in.

ABOUT NINEFOLD'S SUNDAY SESSIONS
Our Sunday Sessions are our monthly in-person training and devising jams. The sessions are 3 hours of intensive physical performance training that will be a mix of Suzuki training, Viewpoints-based training, Grotowski work, Composition and physical devising, and anything else we’re curious about. Every now and then we’ll invite a special guest artist to share aspects of their practice with our cohort of art-makers.
These Sunday Sessions are a great resource for artists of all disciplines including actors, writers, designers, singers, and dancers to connect with other creatives.
