Ninja Run!

Get ready to release your inner ninja! This is an event for all ages, designed to exercise our bodies and spirits. Before we start running, we'll do some brief inner work of writing down our "ninja way", determining what villages we come from, and then create ninja headbands to wear with an appropriate symbol! Once properly adorned with these, we'll run from HumorVille to McCarren Park (about 1 mile) and do a few laps of the park. From there, depending on our chakra levels, we'll run further north a bit, and then make our way back to HumorVille!
