I'm thrilled to share the joyous news that my wonderful friend, Anna Bond, and I will be hosting a workshop that promises to be both invigorating and deeply connecting. It's a time to gather, to laugh, and to explore meaningful practices together.

What to Expect:
Get ready to delve into the world of Acroyoga, a delightful blend of yoga, acrobatics, and therapeutic movement. This isn't just about physical activity; it's about trust, communication, and forging connections. Expect an exciting journey that involves teamwork, balance, and a touch of playfulness.

Embodied Self- Authentic Relating:
Immerse yourself in an exploration of genuine human connection and self-compassion through guided Authentic Relating games and conscious movement. This workshop will take us on a transformative journey, fostering deeper connections with ourselves and each other.

What to Bring:
Come as you are, dressed comfortably. Don't forget your water bottle, a notebook, and a trusty pen.
