Refund policy

Refunds Participants can request for refunds up to 3 days before the event. Refunds will be issued at 90% of the ticket cost, excluding platform fees. Please note that platform fees are non-refundable and will be donated to charity. Exceptions No refunds will be issued for requests made within 3 days of the event date, except in cases of force majeure. Force majeure Force majeure refers to unforeseeable circumstances that prevent someone from fulfilling a contract. These include natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, or other significant events beyond the control of the participants. Ticket transfer If you are unable to attend the event, you can use your ticket for another event or transfer it to someone else. Please send a message to chared@goodcomms.nl to arrange the transfer.

Chared is an inclusive communication, leadership & employee experience consultant with 20+ years experience as media & communication professional, and since 2021, as owner of Good Comms.

With Good Comms, she helps with:

🎯inclusive leadership development and employee experience design for people managers & HR leaders, and
🎯co-creation workshops using the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology.

She works with people managers, HR leaders, BDEI professionals and internal & change communication teams to create more cultures of belonging, flourishing workplace experiences & sustainable social/behaviour change.

A TV journalist-turned-communication professional, Chared's experience spans continents, industries and sectors. She holds an Executive MSc in Corporate Communication, MA in Development Communication & professional certificates in internal & change communication, social & behaviour change, social justice & sustainable communication strategies. She is also a certified change coach & LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator.
