Neuro Linguistic Programming – NLP is the study of people and it models how people know what they know and do what they do. This modelling approach offers a toolkit of techniques for dealing with life's challenges and opportunities. We will explore a range of assumptions and beliefs in the pragmatic worldview of N.L.P
- Each person has their own map of the world. The Map is not the territory
- Respect for the other persons model of the world
- No map is more "real" than any other

Submodality Based Change Patterns
This section explores reality v's memory and how our memories and how we communicate are built from sensory experience. Submodalities code our experience of reality, certainty and time. They provide the detail and are some of the qualities of our senses. They add more information and richness. For example, some qualities of sight are light or dark, focused or unfocused, colour or black/white. You will learn more about the qualities of the sensory language of our memories, and how we can change memories in ways that are useful to us. You will learn how we paint a picture through our language and how to communicate our ideas and influence others more effectively.
