National Nutrition Week 2026 Breakfast
Description
National Nutrition Week is about shining a light on the challenges, and opportunities, within Australia’s food landscape. From supporting children’s relationships with food to reducing waste, strengthening mental wellbeing, and ensuring equitable access to nutritious food, this week is a call to action for communities, policymakers, and organisations across the country.
This prestigious annual breakfast to celebrate National Nutrition Week is our awareness campaign to raise awareness of good nutritious food and the positive impact it has on our mental and physical health. The week coincides with United Nation’s World Food Day 16th of October
The aim is to highlight our work and progress towards improving the health and eating habits of all Australians, progress on nutrition policy, product development and nutrition advocacy with our expert panel.
We also hear about the initiatives and leadership the government is currently undertaking in relation to nutrition, prevention and health outcomes that will help build NSW health and further strengthen work in the health sector.
