Event description

“Hell is other people.”
This is the iconic message of Jean-Paul Sartre’s 1944 existentialist play No Exit. This play explores the psychological torment of three souls - Garcin, Inez, and Estelle - condemned to spend eternity together in a single room in hell.

Duke Players presents No Exit as our 2025 Arts Week show, directed by our very own Jackie Park! Enjoy a night at the theater and get to know Duke Players, the student branch of the Theater Studies Department and Duke's oldest student-run theater organization.
