Nocturnal: A Halloween Fantasy Ball by Fablebound Events

Nocturnal is a 21+ Halloween Fantasy Ball held at Harro East Ballroom in downtown Rochester, NY. The evening features immersive décor, live entertainment, interactive experiences, themed cocktails, curated food, and dancing. Guests are encouraged to wear formal fantasy or elevated Halloween attire and fully step into the world of the event.
